Customize Displays and Filters
Customize Displays
Nubis provides users with the flexibility to customize the table display. By clicking the gear icon located in the top-right corner of the table, users can open the Customized Display menu. This menu allows users to:
- Select Displayed Fields: Users can check or uncheck the fields they want to display in the table.
- Reorder Fields: Drag the fields to arrange them in the desired order.
- Restore Default Settings: Click the Restore Default button to revert to the original field settings.
After customizing, click Confirm to save changes, or Cancel to discard any modifications. This feature helps users tailor the interface to their specific needs, improving usability and data accessibility.

Filters
The Filter Bar allows users to quickly locate and manage devices by applying specific criteria. It is located above the device list and provides the following options:
- Select Status: Filter devices based on their current status, such as Online or Offline.
- OS: Filter devices by their operating system, such as Android or Windows.
- Kiosk Mode: Filter devices by whether Kiosk Mode is enabled or disabled.
- Nubis Version: Filter devices based on purchased version of the Nubis, such as Pro or Free.
- Select Tag: Filter devices by tags assigned to them for easier organization.
- Last Execution Status: Filter devices based on the status of the most recent task, status including Completed, Failed and In Progress.
- Ora Last Updated Status: Filter devices by the most recent Ora update status, status including Completed, Failed, installing, and downloading.
Available Actions:
- Query: Apply the selected filters to refine the list of displayed devices.
- Reset: Clear all selected filters and display all devices.
This filter bar ensures users can efficiently navigate and manage their devices with precision and ease.
