Add, Delete, and Rename Merchants

Navigate to Device Management > Merchant & Device:

  • Merchant List: Displays all merchants in a tree structure.
    • All Devices: Displays all devices under the selected company.
    • Warehouse: Lists devices not assigned to a specific merchant.
    • Merchant: Merchants are shown in a hierarchical tree. Users can:
      • Add Sub-merchant: Add a new sub-merchant under the selected merchant.
      • Rename: Change the name of the selected merchant.
      • Move Up/Down: Adjust the position of the merchant in the list.
      • Delete: Remove the selected merchant.

How to select all devices from multiple merchants at once?

  • Click the double arrow icon to switch to multi-select mode, allowing users to select multiple merchants.
    The right-side board will display all devices under the selected merchants.
