Introduction of Merchant & Device

Overview

The Merchant & Device page allows users to view, manage, and configure devices associated with merchants and tags.
Here, features are divided into four key sections, as shown in the screenshot:

1. Merchant and Tag Selection Panel

  1. Merchant List: Displays all merchants in a tree structure.
  2. All Devices: Displays all devices under the selected company.
  3. Warehouse: Lists devices not assigned to a specific merchant.
  4. Merchant: Merchants are shown in a hierarchical tree. Users can add, rename, delete, or reorder(move up/down) merchants.
  5. Tag List: Enables users to filter devices by tags for easier management.

How to select all devices from multiple merchants at once?

Click the double arrow icon to switch to multi-select mode, allowing users to select multiple merchants.
The right-side board will display all devices under the selected merchants.

2. Action Buttons

Export: Export device information as an Excel file.
Merchant Information: View details about the selected merchant.

Profile Info: Manage profiles associated with devices under the selected merchant.
Import Device: Batch import devices to the selected merchant using an Excel template.

3. Device List Table

Device List Table displays all devices under the selected merchant or tag with details like:
  1. Device Status: Indicates whether the device is online or offline.
  2. Device SN (Serial Number): Unique identifier for each device.
  3. Operating System (OS): Shows whether the device is Windows, Android, etc.
  4. Kiosk Mode: Displays whether Kiosk Mode is enabled or disabled.
Filter(yellow highlight): to refine the device list by status, OS, tag, version, and execution status.

Customized Display: Adjust the displayed columns to suit user preferences.

4. Device Command and Management Bar

  1. Tag: Add tags to selected devices.
  2. Remove Tag: Remove assigned tags from devices.
  3. Transfer Merchant: Transfer selected devices to another merchant.
  4. Device Command: Assign the command(s) to selected devices. Refer to the Device Commands section for details.
Warning
Notes:  The "Alert Setting" and "Schedule Setting" commands only work when the "Select All Devices" checkbox is selected.
