Apply a Profile to Devices

What is a Profile?

A Profile allows users to define system configurations and apply them to one or more merchants. Once applied, all devices under the selected merchants will automatically execute the Profile's settings. This ensures consistent configurations across merchants and their devices.

Steps to Apply a Profile to Merchant(s)

1. Transfer the devices to the desired merchant.
  1. Go to Merchant & Device and select devices.
  2. Click "Transfer Merchant," choose a merchant, and confirm.

2. Create or Select a Profile.
  1. Create a Profile Template:
    Navigate to the profile list. Click “Create Profile” to create a new Profile Template.
This feature supports both Android and Windows devices.
  1. Select a Profile:
    No operation is required; simply find the profile you want to configure.
3. Apply the Profile to the merchant.
  1. Navigate to the profile list and find the profile template you want to apply. Profiles can be in one of three statuses: Draft, Disabled, or Published.
  2. Only Draft and Published profiles can be applied to merchants.
  1. Select the Apply to Merchant option from the operation field for the desired profile.
  2. In the dialog box, choose one or more merchants to which you want to apply the profile.
  3. Finally, select merchant(s) and click Confirm to finalize the application.
4. Once the Profile is applied, all devices under the merchant will execute the configuration automatically.
