Overview

Navigate to Device Management > Merchant & Device, then click the serial number of the desired device.
You will be redirected to the Device Detail Page. Refer to the Single Command Bar located on the left side of the page.

This article will guide you through the Network Speed Test.


Network Speed Test

Users can view their current network status by clicking the "Detect" button, which shows information such as  download Mbps, upload Mbps, speed test date, and more.

Users can also check the stability of their network and review the history of all previous network tests.
