Introduction to Device Detail

Overview

To access the Device Details Page, navigate to "Device Management > Merchant & Device", and click on the specific device's serial number.


Device Detail page provides comprehensive information about individual devices, organized into three key sections:



1. Information Section

The Information section is updated daily (except for Kiosk Mode and Orientation Fields) .
This section displays the device's basic information, including its serial number, affiliated company, location, time zone, status, version, tags, MAC address, device name, description, and profile.
Note that the Kiosk Mode and Orientation fields will synchronize with the device's current status, which are real-time data.


By clicking "More", you can check advanced details, including system, hardware, software, network, and component information.



2. Real-Time Section

This section displays real-time data, updated every minute, showing the working status of hardware units.
The key components include:

a. Device Performance and Status Overview

  1. Connection: Indicates whether the device is online or offline (e.g., "Online").
    Offline status will be displayed after 3 minutes. Online status will be displayed after 1 minute. [Nubis V3.7 update: 2025/03/24] 
  1. CPU Load: Displays the current percentage of CPU usage (e.g., 23.8%).
  1. CPU Temperature: Shows the temperatures of various CPU components in real-time.
  2. RAM Load: Indicates the percentage of memory currently in use (e.g., 19.27%).
  3. Cable Network: Displays the network connection details (e.g., AS3462 Data Communication).
  4. Operation Time: Tracks how long the device has been operating, shown in days, hours, and minutes (e.g., 00:01:08).
  5. Storage: Displays the total and used storage on the device (e.g., 9.15 GB used out of 64 GB).


Click on the Dropdown Buttons (marked with red circles) to display a Time Series Line Chart showing the relevant data trends.

 This online/offline status line chart updates automatically without requiring a page refresh.

b. Screenshot

  • Allows users to capture a screenshot of the device’s display in real time.
  • Displays the Upload Datetime for the most recent screenshot.
  • Clicking the "Screenshot" button initiates the capture process.

c. Task History

  • Provides a log of recent tasks performed on the device.
  • Columns include:
    • Task Name: The name of the executed task (e.g., "VNC," "Detect Running Applications").
    • User: The user who initiated the task (e.g., Nubis_staff_2).
    • Date: The date and time the task was executed.
    • Status: The completion status of the task (e.g., "Completed").


3. Command Section (Single Command Bar)

This section allows users to send individual commands to the device.
