View Merchant/Profile Information
How to Get Merchant Information?
Navigate to the Merchant & Device Page:
- Click on "Merchant & Device" under "Device Management" in the sidebar (highlighted in the first screenshot).
Select a Merchant:
- From the merchant list on the left, choose the merchant whose information you wish to view (e.g., TPE_Android in the screenshot).
Click on "Merchant Information":
- On the right-hand side, click the "Merchant Information" button located above the table.
View the Merchant Information:
- A pop-up window will appear displaying the merchant's details.

Information Included:
Basic Information:
- Merchant Name: Full name of the merchant.
- Merchant Abbreviation: Short form or code for the merchant.
- Merchant Code: Unique identifier for the merchant.
- Business Status: Current status (e.g., trade, operational).
- Contacts: Contact phone numbers and emails for the merchant.
- Person In Charge: Name and details of the person responsible.
- Contract Phone: Contact number tied to the merchant’s contract.
Responsible Person Details:
- Phone Number and Email of the responsible individual.
Merchant Address:
- Physical address of the merchant.
Remarks:
- Additional comments or notes about the merchant.
Business Hours:
- A schedule showing the merchant’s operating hours for each day of the week.
