Windows

  1. Run the Ora uninstaller:
  • File Explorer (GUI):
    • Enable Show hidden files and folders.
    • Navigate to C:\ProgramData\OraService\Uninstall.exe and run it.
  • Command Prompt:
    • C:\ProgramData\OraService\Uninstall.exe
  1. Manually delete the database file:
    • Delete C:\Windows\System32\ora.db

  1. Standard Uninstall
    1. For standard install (no system-level permission): long-press the icon and uninstall.
  1. Restricted Uninstall
    • When Ora is set as Device Owner via ADB or granted Root permission, the uninstall button is disabled (grayed out). Enable the uninstallation using either of the following methods::
      1. From the cloud (multiple devices)

        Please group the required devices under a single merchant and contact the Nubis team to perform the batch operation.
      2. On the device (single device):
        Open Ora, then tap Ora Version in the panel 7 times.
