How do I update Ora (the app installed on devices for Nubis)?
Users can update Ora using one of the following methods:
- On the device, click the "Update" button in the Ora UI located at the bottom right corner of the screen.
- In the Nubis website, navigate to the "Device Management >Merchant & Device" page, select the device by checking the checkbox, and click on "Device Command".
A pop-up window will appear. From there, select "Ora Update" to proceed with the update.
Users can either select one, multiple or all device by checking the corresponding checkboxes.
