Set Up Kiosk Mode Devices

Kiosk Mode - Windows and Android Features Explained

For Windows systems, the Kiosk Mode will hide the start menu and notification, and the wallpaper will turn black.
It will reboot the system automatically when users turn on/off the Kiosk Mode.
For Android systems, the Kiosk Mode will hide the navigation bar and notification bar.
This mode provides Kiosk devices a convenient method to set up.
The option “Default startup App” is used to set a retail application as a default running App.
The App will keep operating no matter how many times the system restarts.

There are two paths to set up Kiosk Mode on a device or multiple devices:

For a single device:

Merchant & Device > Click on the Device SN > Select 'Command Tree' at the top left (blue text) > Kiosk Mode

For (a) single/multiple devices:

Merchant & Device > select the devices > Device Command > Kiosk Mode
